Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 small Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Carrot, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 spritz Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a standard 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, rolled oats, egg white, diced onion, minced garlic, and grated carrot.

Step 3

Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and paprika. Mix everything thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
