  • 200 grams Egg noodles (dry)

  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 grams Bok choy
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the chicken breast and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large non-stick pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
