  • 4 pieces Bolillo bread rolls
  • 2 pieces Skinless chicken breast

  • 1 medium piece Tomato

  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
