Ingredients

  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Canned black beans
  • 1 cup Frozen corn kernels

  • 2 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cracked black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
