Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber

  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup reduced-fat feta cheese

  • 0.25 cup lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
