  • 1 large Egg white
  • 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour
  • 1 12-inch Whole wheat pizza crust
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).

In a medium bowl, combine lean ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, egg white, and whole wheat flour. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
