Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup Skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Dark chocolate chips (low-sugar or sugar-free)
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment or wax paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, sift together the unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar to eliminate lumps.

Step 3

Add the skim milk and salt to the saucepan, then place it over medium-low heat. Stir continuously to combine the ingredients into a smooth mixture (about 2-3 minutes). Do not allow it to boil.

Step 4

Once the mixture is smooth and glossy, turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and dark chocolate chips. Continue stirring until the chips are fully melted and the mixture is thick and uniform.

Step 5

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Step 6

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and firm.

Step 7

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Slice it into 16 equal pieces.

Step 8

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
