  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 small amount for greasing Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, and mint.
