  • 50 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 3 pieces Egg whites
  • 100 grams Whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and dill.
