  • 500 grams lean ground beef (95% lean)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 15 grams fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 as needed olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and fresh mint. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2

Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture. Continue to mix until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping them into oval patties about 2 centimeters thick.
