Ingredients

  • 200 grams Bulgar wheat
  • 250 grams Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 50 grams Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 as needed Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Place the bulgar wheat in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let it soak for 20 minutes or until softened. Drain well and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Finely chop the onion and fresh parsley.

In a large bowl, combine the soaked bulgar, lean ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, ground cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
