  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 750 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Cut the lean beef and pork into 3-4 cm chunks, trimming away any visible fat.

In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, layer half of the meat, followed by half of the onions and carrots.
