  • 200 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 200 grams Frozen potato fries
  • 50 grams Low-fat cheese
  • 100 grams Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 100 grams Low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Spread the frozen potato fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 3

Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, mixing well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and browned, stirring occasionally.

While the chicken and fries cook, prepare the toppings by chopping the lettuce, dicing the tomato, slicing the cucumber, and thinly slicing the red onion.
