Start by marinating the chicken breasts. In a shallow dish, combine the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat them in the marinade. Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
While the chicken is marinating, cook the turkey bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess fat.
