  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Browning sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Green onions, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, minced Scotch bonnet pepper, chopped fresh thyme, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, soy sauce, browning sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions to create the marinade.
