Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked white rice
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 1 medium, finely diced Carrot
  • 0.5 cup Green peas
  • 2 stalks, chopped Green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0 Canola oil spray
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients by cooking the rice ahead of time and allowing it to cool completely. Dice the carrot and chop the green onions.

In a large non-stick skillet or wok, lightly spray with canola oil spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Add the diced carrot to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
