  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
