Ingredients

  • 12 oz Impossible™ Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Small onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in the Impossible™ Ground Beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
