  • 2 Chai tea bags
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 slice Fresh ginger
  • 2 Whole cloves
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk (1%)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

Add the chai tea bags, cinnamon stick, fresh ginger slice, and whole cloves to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
