Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 dash Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 24 pieces Turkey pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the non-fat Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface until smooth.

Roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
