  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 ounces Low-fat turkey pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, instant yeast, and salt.

Pour in the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
