  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, chopped carrots, and chopped celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
