  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the lean ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
