  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

Step 1

Slice the low-fat chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced sausage to the pot and cook it until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage and set it aside.
