  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 unit Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the okra thoroughly. Trim the ends and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
