  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
