  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 200 milliliters Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and set it aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, chopped onion, egg white, breadcrumbs, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
