  • 2 slices Whole-grain panini bread or whole-grain ciabatta
  • 4 slices Low-fat ham
  • 2 slices Low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your panini press or grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard evenly on each slice of whole-grain panini bread.

Step 3

Layer 2 slices of low-fat ham on one slice of bread.

Step 4

Add 1 slice of low-fat Swiss cheese on top of the ham.

Step 5

Place the thin slices of tomato and baby spinach leaves evenly over the cheese.

Step 6

Layer the remaining 2 slices of low-fat ham on top of the spinach and tomato.

Step 7
