Ingredients

  • 1 can Reduced-fat crescent roll dough
  • 4 slices Low-fat sliced ham
  • 4 slices Low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 for greasing Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Open the can of reduced-fat crescent roll dough and separate the dough into 8 triangles.

Step 4

Take one triangle of dough and place one slice of low-fat ham at the wide end.
