Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized Whole grain baguette
  • 100 grams Low-fat ham slices
  • 50 grams Low-fat cheese slices
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Low-fat mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the whole grain baguette lengthwise and open it up, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the mustard and low-fat mayonnaise together. Spread this mixture evenly on both interior sides of the baguette.

Step 3

Layer the lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the baguette.

Step 4

Thinly slice the tomato and cucumber. Place half of the sliced tomato and cucumber on top of the lettuce.
