  • 1 cup, shredded Low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Spray the zucchini, red bell peppers, yellow squash, and red onion slices lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
