Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 120 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 0 olive oil spray
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

While the grill is heating, slice each tomato in half horizontally and remove any excess seeds.

Lightly spray the cut sides of the tomatoes with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.

Sprinkle the sea salt and freshly ground black pepper evenly over the cut sides of the tomatoes.
