Directions

Step 1

Begin by pre-heating your grill to medium-high heat.

While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables: cut the red bell pepper into 1-inch squares, slice the zucchini into half-inch thick rounds, and peel and cut the red onion into wedges. Trim the woody ends from the asparagus spears.
