Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Slice the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from one half over the chicken breasts and reserve the other half.

In a small bowl, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
