Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 hearts Romaine lettuce

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 ounce Parmesan cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Whole wheat croutons

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
