Ingredients

  • 500 grams Lean ground beef
  • 0.5 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 finely minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 for greasing Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Step 2

Add the egg white and breadcrumbs to the beef mixture, and mix thoroughly with your hands until all ingredients are well combined.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly spray the grill grates with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
