  • 0.5 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • 1 medium Boiled potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.25 cup Tamarind chutney
  • 0.5 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 pieces Green chilies
  • 0.25 cup Coriander leaves
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, semolina, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add water and knead into a smooth and firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a thin circle (approx 1.5 inches in diameter).
