  • 8 Phyllo dough sheets
  • 0 Cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (optional for dusting) Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced apples with cinnamon, lemon juice, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well to ensure the apples are evenly coated.

Take one phyllo dough sheet, and keep the remaining sheets covered with a damp towel to prevent drying out.
