  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.75 cup Cold sparkling water
  • 0 Cooking spray
  • 1 optional Lemon wedge
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat an air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and paprika.

Step 3

Slowly add the cold sparkling water to the dry ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth and has a thick but slightly pourable consistency.

Pat the cheese curds dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
