Start by husking the corn and cutting the kernels off the cobs until you have 2 cups of fresh corn kernels.
Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the red bell pepper.
Remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeño pepper for a milder salsa, and then finely chop it. Add it to the mixing bowl.
