Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pita bread
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 5 pieces Red radishes
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 30 grams Fresh parsley
  • 20 grams Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 pieces Green onions
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sumac
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the pita bread into small squares or triangles and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the pieces are crisp and lightly browned. Remove and let them cool.
