Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 0.5 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.25 cup Low-fat cheese

Directions

Step 1

Chop the red bell pepper into small cubes. Slice the mushrooms thinly and chop the spinach roughly. Slice the green onions into small rounds.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites until they are slightly frothy. Season them with salt and black pepper.
