Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 4 pieces Egg whites
  • 100 ml Low-fat milk
  • 150 g Thinly sliced lean ham
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 50 g Low-fat shredded cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, and low-fat milk until well combined.

Step 2

Season the egg mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the egg mixture to the skillet. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set, around 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
