  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix together the low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
