Ingredients

  • 500 grams Skinless chicken breast
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 grams Fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 small Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Lemon
  • 1 spray Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Finely grate the onion and garlic cloves and add to the bowl with chicken.

Step 3

Add cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the chicken mixture. Mix well to coat all pieces evenly.

Step 4

Add 100 grams of fat-free Greek yogurt to the bowl and combine until chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Step 5

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil.

Step 6

Add the marinated chicken strips to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked through and golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wrap fillings: thinly slice cucumber and tomato, and wash the lettuce leaves.

Once chicken is done, remove from heat and set aside.

Roll up each wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
