Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup Fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.75 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
