Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg Whites
  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 50 grams Whole Wheat Flour
  • 25 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 70 milliliters Skim Milk
  • 150 grams Low-fat Cream Cheese
  • 50 grams Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder for Dusting

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form using an electric mixer.

Step 3

Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the vanilla extract gently to combine.

In a separate bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking powder.
