Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat croissants
  • 8 slices Low-fat sliced ham
  • 4 slices Reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Step 2

Slice each whole wheat croissant in half horizontally.

Step 3

Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the inside of each half.

Place 2 slices of low-fat ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
