Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Low-fat croissants
  • 100 grams Low-fat grated mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices Lean honey ham slices
  • 50 grams Low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 40 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the low-fat cream cheese with the Dijon mustard and black pepper until well combined.

Step 3

Using a serrated knife, carefully cut each low-fat croissant in half horizontally.
