  • 25 whole, large pitted green olives
  • 50 grams plain breadcrumbs
  • 15 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 30 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 whole egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 as needed non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Step 3

Place the flour in another shallow bowl.

Step 4

In a third bowl, whisk the egg whites and milk together until well combined.

Step 5

Pat the olives dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

One at a time, coat each olive in flour, shaking off any excess.
